The Document feature helps you manage your private documents with your assistant

Create a document/website

To create a document in MineDoc:

1. Click on a Upload button

2. Select the files you wish to upload and click "Upload."

Your document will be uploaded and embedded.

Document types that MineDoc currently supports: JPG, PDF, CSV, PNG, DOCX, PPTX, MD, XLSX, EPUB, JPEG

Ingest a document

Ingest a document in MineDoc to enable content embedding and a better understanding of its content.

When you upload documents or websites to MineDoc, they are automatically ingested and labeled with "In Process" or "In Queue" status.

Due to internal issues, the ingesting process may occasionally fail and be marked as "Failed" in the embedded status. You can retry by clicking the "Ingest" button again.

When a document is successfully ingested, its description will be automatically filled.

This helps the assistant can understand the document's content and build relevant responses accordingly.
